Getting a Quote
Get in touch with Rich to discuss your electrical requirements, you can do this a few ways; head to our contact us page on our website, send us a message on Facebook, give us a call on 07939467825, or our most popular, drop us a message on WhatsApp.
This is the stage where you will tell us what you plan to power in your motorhome/campervan/boat, so Rich can work out which parts will best suit your requirements.
Please also note that we only supply and install Victron parts and Fogstar or Roamer lithium batteries, this is because we trust them to be the highest quality parts for your installation.
Booking
Once you have agreed on your parts and accepted our quote, we will send you an invoice, we will send it direct to you via email or WhatsApp depending on your preferences.
Your invoice will be for parts, which will be due immediately, this ensures we can get parts out ready for your installation. Your invoice will usually include a parts list so you know what you will receive and the labour price for your installation, this will be due to be paid on the day of install.
Lead Times
Lead times for parts can vary depending on stock availability, we usually manage to get your parts to you within just a few days of payment. We send you tracking details and keep you informed of any items on back order. All parts will be sent direct via our suppliers to the address you supply.
Lead times for fitting vary from 4-8 weeks, we will arrange your fitting date during the booking process.

Installation Day
We always get asked where the work will take place. We come to you. That could be at your home, work, a campsite, or even a prearranged park up if that’s easier for you (this is helpful especially for full-timers). If you think we won’t be able to park at your chosen location, let us know so we can find a suitable alternative (see photo of our lorry at the top of this post).
We often get asked if you can stay with your vehicle while the work is being done, of course you can, we often work on vans for people who live in them full time, we will always do our best to work around you.
We will have arranged a time to get to you, this is usually between 8 & 9am. After initial greetings, Rich will get to work. The length of time a job takes, depends on a few factors; the type of motorhome/van/boat, whether it is already converted or coach built, the amount of equipment being installed, and sometimes the weather (for external jobs). Most typical installations take 1-2 days.

Finishing Up
Once your installation is complete, we tidy any mess created and then get you in to explain you new system simply and clearly, showing you how it all works and answering any questions you have. We understand that this can be a lot to take in, sometimes customers take notes during this stage. We also actively encourage you to get in touch with us if you have forgotten something, remember, there are no silly questions!!
All of your new products have already had their warranty registered.
That’s it, we leave you to it to go and enjoy your new found off grid freedom.
Aftercare & Support
As mentioned above, always get in touch if you need some help, have any queries about your new system or have ran into any problems. We are always happy to provide support to our customers.
